Jo Kjaergaard

Jo serves as the Financial Controller at Pacific Partners, where she leads financial operations and supports strategic decision making through data-driven analysis and insights. She brings a diverse background in high-tech real estate land development, infrastructure due diligence, construction finance, and senior housing investment. At Pacific Partners, Jo is passionate about advancing the company’s mission by applying her skills to the affordable housing, multifamily, and high-tech manufacturing sectors delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes for both communities and stakeholders. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as paddleboarding, hiking, and woodworking.
